Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Description
Build and customize Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
Design and maintain data models, including data migration, transformation, and integration with external systems
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Create and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers to enhance their Salesforce skills
Skills & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security
Salesforce certifications are a plus
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
A client-centric mindset with a focus on providing solutions and exceeding client's expectations
Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Fluent in English
